computer with no video

I built my new pc, and the computer trurns on but the computer has no video and some of the fans aren't spining idk what to do please help

What components? Is the CPU fan spinning when starting the board?

No when it wasn't working the cpu fan was spinning but the other fans weren't. Somehow fixed it by removing single ram
at least it works now
