So my “WiFi” has been pretty bad lately (my ping has been high in fortnite) and so I saw a video which had tips to fix it and they were like going into the Ethernet cable properties and changing some things. I also changed the IP or DNS whatever to 1.1.1.1 which is a faster server. Anyways, my microphone stopped working in games (fortnite and warzone) and I couldn’t open settings to fix it so I decided to turn off my pc and back on to see if it would fix it. When I turned it back on my computer wouldn’t connect to the Ethernet. There is no icon at the bottom right and it truly isn’t connected to my WiFi. I have tried my Ethernet and WiFi USB adapter and they aren’t showing up in my network settings (the USB is showing up but won’t connect to WiFi). I can’t reset my PC with keeping files and I was wondering if anyone can help me. Thank you
