My System:
I‘m sorry if this has been asked already, I could not figure this out. I ordered parts to a computer and they finally all came so I put them together and was ready to use my new system but when I turn the computer on nothing shows on the monitor and a status light labeled ‘BOOT’ is lit On the motherboard. To be clear, even though the computer is turned on, the “BOOT’ status light is lit, the screen shows nothing and the actual BIOS is never loaded. What does this mean and how do I fix this so that I can use the computer?

What is the REST of your system spec too?
CPU: 8700K
MB: Z390 GB Designare
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 1x8GB
PSU: ??? (Make and model)
Storage drives: ???
CPU Cooler: ???

BOOT LED being lit basically means it either can't detect the storage drive, it hasn't detected an OS, or can't boot into it. The BOOT LED will stay lit until you enter an OS.

I would also cover each and every step in this guide completely first: https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...ng-about-post-boot-no-video-problems.1285536/

I worked my way through the steps in that guide you posted and it turned out my RAM was not in the correct slots, so I moved it and now the computer boots with no problem, lol
