Computer won’t boot after cleaning

After cleaning my computers dust filters without any interaction with the electronics of it my computer it decided not to boot up after which happened the last time I cleaned it. The first time this happened to me I just took everything apart and put it bad together and it worked but this time ive done that process three times and still doesnt work. So ive tried everything aswell as following many different guide without them working. The only sign of life in the computer was when plugging in the 24pin having it loose not clipped in it would start the pc for .1 of a second.

Specs
Mobo - h110 gaming
Cpu - i3 6100
Gpu - gtx 750ti
Psu - cx 750m

recheck all cable since it is modular psu one could be loose on board or psu itself .

Just tried even unplugged the 4 pin and 24 pin out of the mother and reconnected them aswell as the cables on the psu

did you try cmos reset .

Btw the computer was perfectly running before cleaning it
