Computer won’t boot

I keep on getting a boot device not detected/fails debug light on my MSI b350m gaming pro motherboard and a no signal notice on my monitor. When I remove any other components like RAM and the graphics, their lights come on but the boot light goes away. Does anyone know what’s going on here?

Solution
You definitely should be connected to the GPU (if installed). The Ryzen 3 1200 has no integrated video adapter, even if there are ports attached to the motherboard itself. Those ports only work with an APU or 2000-series CPU with integrated video.
I’ve heard that I’ll need to connect my monitor to my GPU rather than my motherboard and when I get a HDMI cable I’ll do that but would that explain the boot drive light staying on?!
