Question Computer won’t boot

Hi! I seem to be having an issue I just recently upgraded to a new motherboard as well as cpu I also bought a higher power supply when I connected everything the computer blinks but isn’t turning on I’ve tried unplugging all cables and putting them back in I do have m.2 drives but I don’t think that would cause it not to boot??
