I just recently built my first computer for gaming.
The specs are

Gigabyte AB350M-HD3
AMD Ryzen 5 2400g with Radeon RX Vega11 graphics

EVGA 600B psu

16gb Corsair vengeance ram

250 GB SSD and a 1 TB Hard drive

The computer is freshly built. Everytime i press the power button it will turn on but it doesn’t display anything on the monitor. I’ve already went over everything and made sure everything was seated properly and plugged in completely. What would be the best thing for me to do?

As I said, you need to check the sticker on the box that the mobo came in. It should have the version of the bios that the mobo has on it. If it's greater than F10, it's OK for that CPU. If it's F9 or less, you received a mobo with an old bios and it won't work with the CPU. If the bios version is OK, try doing a CMOS reset of the mobo.
