To start off, sorry if I’m posting this in the wrong area.
I’m building my girlfriend a mini gaming PC for Christmas. My friend shipped me a case full of parts already installed. He sent it with the cpu, cpu cooler, motherboard, hard drive, and 2 4GB ram sticks installed. All I had to do was put in the psu and gpu. I believe I set both of these up correctly because all of the parts turn on to my knowledge. After all of the parts turn on, nothing shows on the screen.
I also noticed that the graphics card’s fans stop spinning after about 10 seconds but the lights stay on.
