Discussion Computer won’t post with gpu installed

Gpu won’t post when plugged into motherboard. However, when I remove the card everything seems to run perfectly fine. The fans spin up but no display.

Things i’ve tried:
reseating graphics card multiple times, Updated motherboard bios,
Reset cmos battery,
Changed bios to launch from pcie 1,
New hdmi cable,
and have even boughten a new motherboard with no prevail.

Components:
intel pentium g4560
8 gb ddr4 2133
psu: logisys 480 w
gtx 1050 2gb
mb: asrock b250m-hdv
win 10 64 bit

You are using the DVI connection?

Unplug the monitor from the power and wait a few mins and plug it back in attached to the new GPU.

Sometimes the older monitors don't pick up GPU changes and have to be disconnected from the power source.
