Computer won’t start

Hello,
My computer has recently broke to the point where once it’s started, everything tries to boot but will turn off within a second. Then 10 seconds later it will try turn on again and vice versa. Any ideas what the issue(s) are?

Do you here any fans spinning? What do you see? Any lights? Make sure there isn't a bunch of dust clogging the computer? I'm going to need more information if possible those few questions would be a good start for us to assist you.

the fans are spinning and there is a constant light on my graphics card and a green one on my motherboard. I also have taken the ram out so that shouldn’t be the issue
