[SOLVED] Computer won’t start

When I push the computer power button, the GPU, all case fans and the CPU cooler come on. However, the mobo is not fully coming on, for example the LEDs are not one. Furthermore, I am getting no activity on my monitor. The codes are rotating from 4C, CC, C2, C4, C5. The motherboard will rotate between this for a bit, and the attempt to restart endlessly. Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: I fixed it. Not really sure what the problem was, but I removed the GPU and RAM and made sure all of the connectors were tight and then slowly added the RAM back, checking the computer after each one, and then added the GPU back and now everything is booting up correctly.
