[SOLVED] Computer won’t turn on??

I’ve recently bought an i7, got a new power supply and motherboard to use it but it turns on for a split second and then back off again. I’ve tried to gradually take out components to confirm what is the issue but nothing has worked. My thoughts are it may be the CPU?

Processor; Intel Core i7 9700k
RAM; Corsair CM Vengence LPX 8gb 3000mhz
GPU; Asus 1050ti
Motherboard; Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H
