Question Computer won’t work.

Sometimes when I turn on my computer the fans are super loud and nothing will work but all of the parts are connected properly. Does anyone know what is happening?

Maybe. You haven't told us anything about your PC, the history of the problem, or the things you've tried, so it's not like anyone can give any sort of answer.
