Computer won't boot after being turned off

Sorry for my bad English, I speak French.

I have a problem with my new custom PC:
i7-4790k
Asus Z97-E
Avexir 2x4gb
EVGA 750w bronze
Bitfenix Shadow
Seagate Barracuda 1tb

When I first boot my pc, it works.
Then I shutdown: it works
Then I boot my pc again: The fans spin, the LEDs are on, but the screen is black. If I press and hold the power button to shut it down, it doesn't work. I need to shutdown the powersupply at the back of the case.
Then I press the power button again and it boots normally.

I need to do this everytime.
What's the problem?

I would replug all cables/reseat all the components except the cpu.

Be sure the hdd is plugged into the lowest number sata port. If it already is, try the next one...

Ah, that must be the problem! (HDD)
I plugged it on a random port. I even have the option to "eject the drive" when I'm in Windows.
I'll try that!

The "eject drive" might still show up - you can google how to stop it from showing up.

It was plugged in the SATA_3. Now I plugged it in the SATA_1 and it's working perfectly!

Well it worked once.
It seems like it only happens if I wait a few hours. If a boot just after it turned off, there is no problem.

Might research some of the power and suspend/wake settings in the bios. Might be a disconnect between what the bios is doing and states the psu supports.

I found a solution: I have 2 monitors, one with HDMI and one with DVI. I unplugged the DVI one before shutting down the computer and it worked!
