[SOLVED] Computer won't boot after CPU fan cleaning

Today i cleaned my CPU fan and after I put everything back together my PC freezes after booting up with this screen

. My peripherals aren't working so I can't go into boot menu or anything. This PC is very old so is it possible that it's a problem with thermal paste or did I [mess] up something else?

Oh boy, you're stuck at the bios.

Double check you plugged the cooler back in and make sure nothing else was disconnected or anything.
