Computer won't boot after cpu upgrade

Hi there, i have a problem with my PC
These are my specs:
mainboard foxconn g31 mv-k
pentium dual core e5300
4gb ram
i want to upgrade my PC, and i founded an e8500 processcor
but after i replace it, my PC cant boot even to BIOS , no signed on my monitor
Then i tried to replace the old processor is e5300 and it booted normally.
My mainboard have support e8500 so that i dont understand why it cant boot ??
I need your help guys !! Thanks

put the old processor on, update your motherboard BIOS to the last version and put the new processor again.

i think i've got the lastest version of bios

thanks, but i've try the Foxconn Live Update and it reported me that all have up-to-date
