Computer won't boot aftere power outage.

So I lost power a couple days ago and just got it back. I go to boot my computer and I get a black screen and my HDD light on my case blinks rapidly. I took out my hard drives and it still blinks. I even took out a ram and it didin't beep. (I have two sticks of RAM). Any help would be nice.

Like Emerald said, test the PSU. A power surge can easily break power supplies (I've had a few fall victim to them too.)
