[SOLVED] Computer won't boot (black screen after boot up)

So this problem just started happening today, and it's never happened before.
My computer begins the booting process and a bunch of static horizontal lines appear on the screen. Once it boots up windows the screen goes black and it stays like that and I'm not able to do anything at that point. Also I've tried it on another monitor so I don't think it's the monitor. Wondering if anyone could help. Thanks.

Processor: Intel Core i7-4790k @ 4.00 GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 7
Memory: 16GB DDR3
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Classified
OS: Windows 10 64 bit

Your motherboard is probably bricked, which would be very ironic considering it's a "ultra durable" board lmao

You should try to replace the motherboard, and if you still expirience the issue, lemme kno

Just open up the case and look. No, there isnt a way to see the PSU in the BIOS.
Can you even access the BIOS tho?

I can access the BIOS, but it has all the horizontal static lines and they're flickering all over the place.

Has it been able to boot into windows before?
If so, it probably is a PSU failure, not the board

It's never had any issues like this before. Most of the parts in the PC are around 5 years old at this point except for the GPU if that helps.
