Question Computer won't boot - even from a boot USB drive

Strangely my PC (Dell Xeon Windows 11) stopped booting.
I can go into BIOS but after that nada.
I tried the 3 times crash to have windows go into safe mode - nada
Restore BIOS - nada
I even tried 2 different USB boot drive - still nada
Tested the CMOS battery is ok

Any ideas?

When you speak of using 2 different drives, did you recreate your bootable USB installer for your OS? Can you state where you sourced the installer from? Please parse the model for your Dell prebuilt and perhaps an SKU to help us narrow down what you're working with.

I boot drive was from True Image, the other I don't recall it's origin.
The Dell service tag is FJL0GX1
