Computer wont boot, he is shy

So it seems like my computer is shy. Im not sure if its worth mention, but it was running rly slow before it happened. Almost like I was neglecting him and now he is mad at me. Just trying to boot and the screen is all black , than reboot himself sounds like but nothing happens. Im not a computer prodigy, pls someone help;/
