Hey!
I bought an Intel DH67BL motherboard, and a i3-3220 cpu. I have a 350 Watt PSU.
I connected everything, turned it on,only to have the PSU fan turn a bit(2 seconds max),the cpu fan does half a spin, then nothing...there's a green light coming from the board, and after several tries, the pc booted, but gave me 3 beeps(I know it's probably ram,but i placed it well in the 4 sockets...yet nothing). PLEASE HELP!

Is there any way to find out what version is on the MoBo? and do you think i might have damaged anything? or the fact that it turned(the fan) even a bit, means it's still fine?

With Intel boards, I think that you should contact their support and they should be able to find the manufacture date based on the serial.
Hard to say what's wrong. I would try though to take the board outside the case, put it on its cardbox, remove the CPU and inspect the CPU socket.
Then, if no bent pins, reinstall the CPU and the CPU fan and start the board. See what beeps pattern you get.
Next, power off, insert only one RAM stick, power on and check again the beeps. If still the same pattern, then I would know it's either a RAM or a board or a CPU issue.
Does the power supply have a 4/8 pin power cable?
