Computer stats:

So my dilemma is a long one so I'll present in steps.
1. Came home one day and my.computer was getting internet from the Wi-Fi. (I only have it hooked up with a wireless card and never had problems until yesterday.) I figured it's been running really slow lately so I was gonna save all my personal files to an external and wipe it clean.
2. I go to the Windows 10 settings to recovery and go for the first option which was something along the lines of resetting to factory settings. It would get ready to reset and say start at 1% then go to a blue screen (not blue screen of death) saying could not reformat. I tell it, ok we'll see how you like this, and pull out the Windows 10 DVD.
3. I place the DVD in and restart. It tells me to press any meet to boot from DVD. I find the any key and press it and it just stays on that screen and does nothing.i try it a few more times with the same result. I do a bit of googling and tells me to try changing the boot from CD.
4. I restart and the bio screen pops up and i tried many times trying all the keys it says to try and it just goes to a black screen with a blinking cursor. A little more research and tells me to reset bios.
5. I reset bios using the jumper and followed the directions to the letter and i restart and it allows me into the bios menu screen but the mouse instantly freezes and my keyboard doesnt work. (Both wireless and picking up a wired mouse later).
6. I try the cmos battery and i get the same effect but also sometimes, if you can the picture I posted l, the computer freezes on that screen when I press any of the buttons to get into bios. Then I let the computer just try to boot up normally and still just freezes on the screen posted.
All in all, it was working fine before I messed with it and I just want to reformat the computer to the original settings. Any advice?

If i can think of anything else I did ill post it but that's all I can think of now.
Thanks

Well once i get to the screen with two options it's like frozen there. Then i have restart just to have it happen again. I do spam the del. Key and only sometimes does it allow me into the boot menus.

Ok, so I bought a wired mouse for 10 bucks. It's a nice razer one with almost a million buttons. Anyways I plugged it in and for the neck of it I tried pairing my wireless keyboard to the tower again and low and behold it booted and I got into the menu and set it to boot from CD DVD first. I then saved it and it started booting up and I forgot to put the DVD in... but it's now on a repairing disk errors. This may take over an hour to complete screen. I'll let it sit for about an hour and if nothing ill turn it off and enter my DVD and try to jusy do a fresh wipe from there.
