Computer won't boot or post - No signal to monitor/keyboard/mouse

Hello,

My computer will no longer display any boot screen or post when I turn it on. There is no signal to my monitor, keyboard, and mouse. I've already tried every task on the post checklist. I've also tried a different graphics card, new motherboard, new psu, and ram, but to no avail. Could the issue be my cpu?

Have you checked for bent pins on the CPU..?

I had all sorts of problems when I built my first pc, in the end the problem was one little bent pin in the CPU socket. I bent it back into shape with a needle and magically all the problems went away.

Also an ASRock motherboard, coincidentally.
