Computer won't boot to bios, help!

I have just recently purchased a SSD for my pc, i had used my pc before i put it in, now that i have it in, the computer wont even boot to bios, ive tried booting without the ssd, with out the gpu, i don't know what else to do. I have a AB350-Gaming Gigabyte motherboard, and a bronze level seagate psu.

Reset the CMOS. See your motherboard manual.
