Computer wont boot to windows 7 after immediate unplug and replug

I mistakenly unplugged my computer (while running), then replugged it into power almost immediately (2 seconds). Now, nothing shows on the monitor.

If I turn off the computer, wait 15 seconds, then hard start it, I get the initial Gateway screen that says press delete to enter startup and press f12 to enter boot up screen.

I did both, and the computer screen went blank, as before.

I unplugged all peripherals, except monitor, keyboard, and mouse. No effect.

I unplugged computer, pushed the power button for 15 seconds, then plugged the computer back in. No effect.

Any thoughts on what the problem is and how to fix?

you can try repair installation by booting with your windows cd. your boot manager is corrupted most likely by loss of power
