Computer wont boot up

Hello,
Need help. Computer wont boot up. It powers up and all the fans work even the cd-rom opens and closes like it should. I even did a cpu test and the cpu is good. I also disconnected the monitor cable and it beeped but when I took out the ram I got no beep. Every now and then my power button wont light up. if i let t sti for 5 hrs then it will light up

How old is your Power Supply ? If it is dying, yuou could get power indicator, but not enough to boot.
