So i have this 2x8 (16GB) ram it's T-Force2x8 3200 RGB every time I set my Ram to 3000-3200 it won't boot my pc will turn into failed Post message and it will automatically set my ram into 2400

my motherboard has 4 ram slots and I tried the other slot combination the 2nd slot and 4th slot and it works.

if I set my ram to 3200 it works fine it boots normally in 3200 but if its with the 2nd and 4th slot

but with the 1st slot and 3rd slot it wont boot when ram is set 3200 it just failed post and set my ram to 2400

"then why not stick to 2nd 4th?"
It just such a waste, I wanna know the problem

all of the slots read my RAM
but the frequency on the 1st and 3rd slot just limits to 2400

pc specs
TUF B450m-PLUS gaming
r5 2600
