I've been running 2x2gb for a while now, which has worked fine, so recently i decided to buy another 2x2gb which are exactly the same. When i try using all 4, or 3 it doesn't boot. I've tested all slots and they're all fine, i've tested all the sticks by themselves and all the sticks are fine, and it boots if I use 1 of the old sticks with 1 of the new sticks, so they must be fine together, but it just doesn't boot if I use more than 2 sticks.

I recently got a new psu, (http://www.corsair.com/en/cs-series-modular-cs650m-650-watt-80-plus-gold-certified-psu), and i've tried upping the DRAM voltage by 0.6v, but still no change.

Any advice would be appreciated.

That's great that you can take it that way. Makes life a lot simpler. But most sites like this really expect or want a reply so others know if the suggestion worked or not. I always try to do that as as a courtesy to those that tried to help rather it turned out positive on not.

You guys have helped me tremendously several times and I have really appreciated it.

Thanks, yes answers are great, been at this a long time and have seen 'kids' from 8-80 get a system problem solved and just head out full speed from there, have had a couple where they put the phone down to do something and not even get back on the phone ;)
