[SOLVED] Computer wont boot with hdd from other computer installed inside it

So I have a dell OptiPlex i5 2400 that isn't working I took the hdd from inside it and added it into my current pc but when I install my computer doesn't boot properly, when I start the pc up with this hard drive in it the computer stays on a black screen it doesn't launch to bios or anything I have tried cords on other hard drives and they all work normally. The hard drive I'm trying to use should work perfectly fine. Here are my specs

That's not surprising. The HDD contains the motherboard drivers for the machine from which it came. It's also highly unlikely that the source machine was configured for 10GB of DRAM. Recall that the memory controller is now in the CPU.

Yes. It's never going to work without reloading the OS and allowing it to install the drivers it needs.
