I tried to install a new motherboard (Asus TUF B450M-PLUS GAMING https://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards/TUF-B450M-PLUS-GAMING/) and a new processor (Ryzen 7 1800X), but it won't boot. It's getting power (all the lights are turning on on the motherboard and the graphics card, but when I press the power button, it won't turn on.
I already tried rewiring the f-panel plugs, but that did nothing. I also tried shorting the power switch bu putting a screwdriver between the two pins, but still nothing. I also tried pressing the reset button, but it doesn't start with that either.
