Computer won't boot with new CPU.

Right,

Today I upgraded my old machine (tried to)
Did add new RAM, 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600

Then I tried to upgrade my CPU from fx 4100 to fx8350, but whenever I do that, my computer won't boot, the system powers on, all fans and other hardware seems to be working, but no image on my display.

The Motherboard is ga-970a-d3 with the latest bios update.

I don't know what else I can do, I got no chance to test it with other motherboard, the CPU is brand new just got it yesterday from Novatech.
 
The point is that the computer will boot fine with new ram & CPU, but whenever I put the new CPU in, No posts or display image
 
EDIT: This is most likely the problem ^^

Did you have the fx-4100 overclocked at all? Maybe that overclock won't work with the 8350.

Just a guess but it leads me to think you could try clearing the CMOS.



 


Yeah, look like I need to upgrade my old good pc with a new m/b.

Something like ASRock 990FX Extreme3, as I am willing to spend not more than 100£ on a new m/b.. As Iam limited with a budget right now, finished building my gaming pc few days ago.
