I recently build a new computer using an AMD A10 and Crucial Ballistix Sport memory with an MSI FM2-A75MA-E35. I pressed the power button and all the fans spun up, but the system would not boot. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

How is your monitor connected? through motherboard or video card?
When you say it won't boot do you mean it will not display the motherboard splash screen or it will not get into Windows/other OS?

Probably there is an issue with the RAM, try just 1 stick and move it to different slots, if none work set it aside and try another stick; repeat until you have tried all of your RAM with no success, if you do find a stick that works in all slots then the other stick is bad, if none of the slots work it could be the slots or the RAM...
