computer wont boot

ok so ill save you a long story, so i recently had memory problems so i switched out my mobo with a new one and i still wouldnt get a boot screen, so i went ahead and got a new hdd and still nothing, so thinking it could of been been my gpu i plugged in my old one and still nothing, everything powers up no problem but i dont get any video input on my monitor, ive tried so many things and spent money on new parts and still nothing, any ideas of what it could be?

Well, you said you had memory problems, did you try to swap out your memory? If you have 2 sticks of RAM, try 1, if it still doesn't work try the other to eliminate it being the chance of a bad memory stick.

Also, could be a bad CPU, no?
