Computer wont boot

While I was on my computer I accidentally kick my PowerBrick. After many tries to start up it will just get stuck at a repair screen. I have noticed that well the computer is off I hear a buzzing sound. While the computer is working, on start up the computer will make noise however, it does not make any sound now. Any help is appreciated it is a desktop.

After messing around with the computer for a while I I tried to disconnect my top USB ports for my mouse and keyboard there are two on the computer one up front and one on the back and the top one was apparently stopping my computer from starting it is now fixed
