Computer Won't Boot

Hi guys, I'm having some issues with my computer. After I press the power button, it won't boot. The fan on the CPU just barely spins and stops spinning right afterwards. Nothing else turns on, even the light on the power button. This is a brand new motherboard so I don't think this is a motherboard issue. Also, I installed a brand new power supply and the light on the motherboard turns on, so I don't think this is a power supply issue either. Could it be a problem with the case?

Motherboard: Intel DH67BL
CPU: Intel Core i5 2400
GPU: PowerColor HD Radeon 5750
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2 x 4GB DDR3
Power Supply: EVGA 500W
Case: I don't remember what the brand was but it was working previously
