After an episode of my stock PSU smoking, leaking, and 'overclocking', it caused my gpu and external devices to fail. I have recently replaced my PSU and GPU, and upon turning it on, all fans work, my mouse and power button lights up, but it refuses to boot. I have a good feeling it's either my CPU or RAM, since my motherboard still sends power and signal to my components and devices, and that it has surge protection. I was thinking of handing it over to professionals but I wanted more input before going ahead with it. Also, will my hdd be affected as well?
