computer wont boot

Pc won't turn on Power button glows and 1 can spins but nothing comes up on monitor. When it first started it seemed like every thing was on but now only 1 fan turns on and then after a few seconds the computer reboots. At first I was also getting power to the keyboard and .mouse but not anymore? I reseated ram, took out gpu, and motherboards battery. Same thing. I have a asrock z77 pro3 mother board with a gtx 780 gpu. I5 3570 cpu and a corsair 650psu. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Was the PC working previously, or is this the first time you tried to power on the build?

I've had it for years. Worked fine!

my first step: pull the video card, pull all but 1 stick of memory, try to boot again.

any other ideas? forgive my ignorance i just need to figure out the problem. very time sensitive. Like i said i took everything out and put it back in piece my piece. Still same thing. the fan spins when i turn it on but only for a few seconds before it restarts after a few seconds. I dont have any other computers besides from laptops otherwise id try to conect the psu and other parts. Is there a way to tell if the psu is bad, or mother board'; Im just hoping its one of those two. easy replacements. if its gpu or cpu :\ ill be sadll

I would put a POST card in next to see if it's throwing a BIOS error code. You can find them for $5-20 at Microcenter, Frys, or other PC parts stores if you can wait for one to be shipped.

So still no luck on fixing my computer. I thinl im just going to buy a new motherboard. Does anyone jave any suggestions on a cheap replacement for z77 pro3? I know its a cheap one already but im on a budget
