Yesterday I moved my computer downstairs. Prior to this movement my computer has had no issue. However, after this movement, my computer is frozen on the boot screen. It gives me the option to press 'f12' or 'delete' to load to the bios, but this does nothing and it continues to stay frozen on the boot screen. I have tried a hard reset, I have also tried removing my GPU and booting my computer using the display ports on my motherboard, this has had no result. I'm freakin out y'all! So I'd appreciate any advice anyone could offer.

Yes, good observation. Check both SATA-cable and SATA-power, not only on the disk, but also on the MoBo and on the PSU.
Don't rule out that even though transporting-->getting_loose is a logical conclusion, sometimes components just die just when you did <$something>, and there is just no connection between the events.
As you probably guessed, transporting a computer can loosen components, like the coolers on the CPU or GPU, or make fans stop, or memory-sticks get loose.
The idea to remove and install the GPU goes in the right direction, do this with RAM, test (pull-out-plug-in) all power-connections, check if all fans are running.
After all this, maybe remove and reinstall the CPU and cooler. If you never did this, ask someone who did for help, as that is a delicate process.
