Computer wont boot

I just did a move and brought my PC with me. My computer started to freeze and turn off randomly and suddently pretty frequently. At first i thought it was a windows problem and reinstalled windows, however that didnt fix the problem. Upon further trials nd advice from a previews post i monitored the cpu temp. This showed that atleast part of the problem was a overheating issue, but i have a closed unit water cooler. so i thought it was maybe because of the drive it had knocked the heat sink around and loosened the conection with the thermal paste. After reapliing thermal paste and im still experiancing the same problem and i cant seem to find the answer. The cpu_led blinks once for a fraction of a second the then the computer turns off.

Are all of the cables plugged it? Some might have come loose, if they are all good, Then AOI cooler pump most likely died.

I would call the manufacturer and get a replacement, or get a nice AIR cooler

make sure the gpu not shorting out. with the cpu led light turning on and the pc turning off there a problem with the eps power. 75v line on the mb pci slots or the power supply itself.
