Question Computer won't boot

Hello.
After my SSD unfortunately died after a long time acting up, I had to re install windows to my 2nd SSD. This went all fine and dandy (re installed with USB). After installing some basic programs, updating drivers and such, I decided to adjust fan speed in the BIOS, since my CPU fan was acting up (I checked my CPU temp and it was fine). I turned off the computer, and then tried to boot it, but it wouldn't boot.
So far, I have tried to install an old PSU I had lying around (I installed only vital parts namely; Motherboard power, GPU power and SSD power) but it still wouldn't power on.
Any suggestions as to what is wrong?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Include PSU information: make, model, wattage, age, condition for both PSUs.

Go back into BIOS and set the fan speed back to the original setting.

Also double check all internal connections and components. Ensure that all are fully and firmly in place. You may have bumped something loose while swapping in the old PSU.
