Question Computer wont boot

So ive been having this ongoing issue with my computer where itll open but not go past bios, ive tried going to a store to repair it and they saod that the ram was causing the issue and that it was defective.A months has passed and this issue resurfaced after i unplugged it and brpught it to a friends house. Since then i tried reseatkng my 2 sticks of ram all sorts of way and threw away a 16 GB stick. I naturally thought the RAM was the issue after i got it back working a week earlier and i tried buying a new set of HyperC 32GB and when i seated the RAM in the same issue came. Im typing on phone roght now id really appreciate some assostance, I cant boot my pc past bios

Update i just managed to make my pc reopen vy pressing the restart button on my case then power. But im still beeding assistance since i want to put my bew set of RAM

I just seated my new ram in and my lc is detecting it it seems that when i click the reset button to ooen it it works

Try and update the bios if there is a newer one.

Also check front panel connectors.
