CPU: R5 1600
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz
MOBO: MSI B350 TOMAHAWK
GPU: EVGA 1060 6GB SSC
PSU: ROSEWILL PHOTON 650W
COOLER: Cooler Master Master Liquid ML360R

The other day I heard a pop, my monitors, computer and xbox all shut off at once. I hit the reset button on the outlet and everything worked except for my pc. I got a new psu, plugged it in outside of the case and it turned on, I didn't have it connected to a monitor. I put it in the case and it wouldn't turn on. I replaced the motherboard today but it still won't turn on.

Solution
Could be the 1060 or the RAM. Try a baseline boot so only the basics with a CMOS reset. So just one stick or RAM, primary HD/SSD and GPU and see if it boots. Remember to clear the CMOS....
