When the computer first beeps while booting, I see code A2, then it goes to code A9. it then sits on a blank screen for a moment and then it reboots and I see code 8. it reboots again I also get code d6.Nothing seems to happen when I hit F12 or F9 or delete. I can't even get into bios. Though I don't even know if if my keyboard is being recognized. I had just installed a new motherboard and a power supply. I had bottom of to reinstall my CPU and CPU cooler and everything else. I'm thinking the cpu might have been damaged because I accidentily dropped it and it might have been scratched.

I suggest you follow the procedures here:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/t...rformance/windows-boot-issues-troubleshooting and then post the results here.

There aren't any procedures that I can do. All I see is the starting screen when my computer first boots up. I ayan't go into bios or do anything else apparently. I can't hit delete to go into bios and I can't hit F12 for the boot menu. Apparently my keyboard isn't working. I thought something was up with the USB ports so I plugged in a keyboard into the keyboard port. None of the keys would do anything on there either. I think I need another processor, luckily there are some cheap used ones on ebay. Hoping that is the issue.

It's quite difficult to "scratch" a modern CPU with no pins, but it's very easy to damage the tiny electrical contacts in a modern CPU socket, if you don't insert the CPU carefully. Remove the CPU and check the socket for bent pins.
