Computer wont connect to the internet

I just recently reset my alienware m14x and once the reset completed i was unable to connect to the ineternet. When i try to connect it says windows did not recognize any networking hardware. there is the internet symbol thing with a red X over top of it. Also when i try and change my screen resolution it only goes up to 1024 x 768, it use to be 1600 x 900 any way i can fix these issues, do i need to install drivers? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to reinstall all drivers from Alienware's website - VGA, chipset, wireless, so on and so forth.
