Computer won't display anything

Hey, so about a month ago my computer just stopped displaying anything. I could turn it on and then fans would spin but the display wouldn't come on. I switched out the graphics card with my old one to see if that was the problem but it still didn't work so I just went with the next best bet, the motherboard. I
rma-ed the motherboard and I got a new one but I'm still getting the same problem.

What are the systems specs? If having an igp for insatnce could you test with that too.

Tried a clear cmos? Can be done via a dedicated jumper,look for that in the motherboard manual,or taking the motherboard battery out for like 5min. and after put it back.
