Computer wont display anything

So i just finisbed building my pc, everytime i boot it the computer starts up and all the fans spins but than shuts off and turns back on. It was repeatjng this as a cycle but after i re postioned the ram it powered on, and powered off only once before seemingly staying on. However, i do not get a display on my monitor either.

if your motherboard isnt giving any post beeps, and reseating the ram helps, i would try removing the sticks and using another if you can, I had the exact same problem on a think tower once, found out the ram was doing it somehow, swapped it with different brand and it worked.

As far as your monitor, if your certain the graphics and video cables are not the issue. sometimes unplugging the power cord and holding down the power button for about 60 seconds will help.
