Computer wont display on monitor

my mobo is a asus prime 270 ar

I just bought a new case for my computer and I moved all my parts to the new case. After i finished and booted it up, it seemed normal untill nothing would show up on the monitors and after a few minutes it would turn off and then back on. a yellowish orangeish light comes on, on the motherboard. It worked fine before I switched cases no idea whats happening.

That orange light is an indicator light telling you something is not working correctly. On the board and next to that light there should be some marking next to it. What does it say next to the light?

according to the manual its the Boot_device_led

Turn off your machine and unplug it from the wall. Reset your CMOS, unplug your HDD/SSD’s and turn it on. Let it go to the BIOS. If you can get to the BIOS then turn it off, plug in your boot drive and try booting normally.

the light is blinking but i still never got to the bios

Try reseating your RAM and CPU. Something may not have dull contact in their slots.
