Question Computer won't even POST with Elgato HD60 Pro installed ?

I have written to Elgato on at least 4 occasions explaining my issue, I have NVidia 3060 rtx in my system for video with no issues at all. However as soon as i connect one of both of the Elgato HD60 Pro cards to my system and connect them to my GPU the system wont even post , Now as soon as i disconnect from my GPU the system boots fine and once i connect the cards while system is up everything works fine until I shutdown and try to reboot as the system simply wont even post as always, until I disconnect the card from the GPU, Does anyone have anything I can try to resolve this apart from throwing the cards off a tall building .

This might be a issue with your grounding and some residual current. Try to isolate the hdmi/displayport pin which carries power. Put some tape on that pin.
