Computer won't get past ASRock screen

I have had the same computer for a few years slowly updating parts suddenly the computer wouldn't move past main ASRock screen. I got a USB tool with Windows on it it loaded until the .net and froze. Now it won't even not from the usb. I have an fm2a85x extreme6 motherboard with a Samsung 250gb SSD a Westgate 1 TB HDD 16gb DDR3 of ram and my CPU is an AMD A10-5800K and an AMD R9 380

Have you cleared the CMOS on your motheboard?
