Question Computer won't get past this screen after updating then being put in sleep mode

I did an update for windows about a week and a half ago I paused the update then put my computer in sleep mode when I went to wake my computer back up later on it's been doing this

I've since tried turning off my computer fully also unplugging it and plugging it back in and I'm not sure what else I can do

Can you please try booting Windows in Safe Mode, going to the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder, deleting all its contents, and then try rebooting and updating Windows 10 one more time?

You can check the Note section at the end of this tutorial to boot in Safe Mode if Windows can't boot normally.
